Avina is developing a green hydrogen production facility using commercially available state-of-the art electrolyzers for the medium duty/heavy duty segment. This compressed hydrogen will be utilized for additional distribution in the Los Angeles area to meet domestic demands from fleet customers.

The plant will include industry leading safety features and technology such as double-walled storage tank, redundant equipment and power supplies for safe storage of compressed hydrogen.

This project is expected to create estimated 50 construction jobs at peak and 12 - 20 operations jobs for greater the Los Angeles region.
